Batteries with AGM technology

The defining feature of AGM batteries is the use of fiberglass separators that both separate the positive and negative plates and retain the electrolyte. Free microchannels in the separator enable internal recombination of oxygen and hydrogen, eliminating the need to add water throughout the battery’s service life. Compression of the plates provides low internal resistance and strong discharge performance over short runtimes.
