Detailed information

Battery manufacturing technologies

Ventura industrial batteries use modern, proven technologies. The range includes gel-electrolyte models (V-Gel and TRUE GEL), absorbed-electrolyte AGM batteries, and flooded FLA batteries, providing dependable performance, long service life, and efficiency across diverse operating conditions.

AGM
The defining feature of AGM batteries is their fiberglass separators. They separate the positive and negative plates while also retaining the electrolyte.
AGM technology
V-Gel
V-Gel, or Gel Viscoso, technology uses specialized thickening additives to maintain even electrolyte density throughout the battery, protecting the plates from sulfation and accelerated corrosion.
V-Gel technology
FLA
Flooded Flat Traction batteries are flooded traction monoblocs with flat pasted plates. Low internal resistance enables faster charging and rapid attainment of rated capacity, with a service life of at least 1,000 charge-discharge cycles.
FLA technology
TRUE GEL
TRUE GEL batteries use an electrolyte thickened into a gel. Microcracks in the gel form channels that support internal oxygen and hydrogen recombination, eliminating the need to add water throughout the battery’s service life.
TRUE GEL technology
